I have just realized how much amazing footage from the 1920s there is to be watched on YouTube. I highly recommend wasting an hour or so on this lovely Saturday.

This is awesome. Yet again I wish I was born in the 1920s. I would have been a flapper dancing at a "speak easy" even if that meant the sacrifice of my reputation! P.S. You have great memory, I don't like pink--or those Luella shoes in fact! But I liked recognizing them on the street and I did like the pastels in Drop Snap's outfit. :)
i think a lot of us can relate to your statement!! from the 20's on there are some wonderful fashion, film, and fun that was new and that now seems so innocent and sweet although im sure at the time was a bi shocking; you tube most definately has some wonderful clips! very addictive!!
i wish people still danced like this today, versus the kind of hop and wiggle thats become popular. the twenties were magnificant. everybody just seemed to be having a blast. -indigo
