This week has been crazy but in the best way (apart from what happened in Boston - which is beyond horrible and my thoughts are with everyone effected).  I'll be posting a couple of music related updates soon but first I thought we would catch up with my iPhone since its been a very long time!  Here is what the past couple of months looked like...

iPhone sees all

It's crazy how often I use my phone to take pictures now. Sad really...because I've gotten pretty darn lazy about bringing my old DSLR out with me but this is something I am promising myself I'll work on in 2013. Anyhow, it has been a while so let's take a little look back at the past month or so as seen by my phone...

Lastly, I have been listening to this gorgeous song by the Anna von Hausswolff on repeat. The video is a little strange but it's an absolutely celestial tune...

Back very soon.  Meanwhile, how many of you watched the premiere of MadMen yesterday and what did you think?! We had a little MadMen cocktail hour at my house which was quite amusing.  It's funny watching it with a group of people after having seen most of the series solo and on my computer.   Personally, I thought is was a pretty good start but I'm also ready for Betty to make an appearance.

Monday evening...

It seems ages since I did a post like this so...here is a little glimpse at my rather uneventful Monday evening at home...enjoy.

a much needed cleaning out of my bag! Which, I figured, presented as good a time as any to do one of those "what's in your bag" photos/lists I've been meaning to do for ages!

Lastly, since I am on a hot chocolate kick this month I thought it fitting to end here. I might also add that it has been in the high 70s here this week. It seems winter may never arrive. this saddens me...
