Spellbound

I have a confession to make, I’ve been really awful at reading my W magazines for the past 6 months or so (I've been subscribed for years and it used to be one of my favorites back when I first started reading fashion mags).  It just got a little uninteresting a few months in a row and then I just stopped looking at it.  Luckily, I did randomly take a peek this month (despite the ridiculous cover and spread with Kim Kardashian – I’m warning you, it’s not a pretty site) and managed to come across this little gem of an editorial...

It's true that in general I do tend to love anything with a Hitchcock-vibe but this is also so playful and full of color. I'm sure I'll be wearing bright colors all weekend now thanks to these gorgeous shots.   Hope you enjoy your weekend too where ever you are!

PS: thanks to everyone who commented on the Pink Ribbon post! I'm making my donation this weekend. xxdjrd

I started reading this at the hairdresser the other day (I'll admit, because of the Kardashian pics my stylist said I HAD to see). What a delightful surprise to run across this editorial! The colors, styling, the artistry- all divine!

Alex Prager is my favorite photographer. I subscribed to W until I went to France; their editorials are usually great. I think I'll have to buy this issue. Yet, I agree with you: Kim Kardashian? What the what?!?
