summer dreams...

day dreaming

I happened upon this dreamlike editorial from Vogue Nippon via fashiongonerogue and thought it was too lovely not to post here. I'm a sucker for flowy layers of satin and sheers and it's soft focus provides a nice little escape from reality, which everyone needs now and then.

The image (above) actually makes me like Chloe's golden globes dress better - it looks really amazing here - and I do believe the dress in the very first shot (which I love) was worn by Nicole Kidman at the Globes?

PS: I've had this song in my head since I read the title of Clothes Horse's post yesterday (it is one of my favorite songs) and since it fits the dream theme I thought I'd use it - it's kind of a crap video though (sorry)!
