Turns out I won't be here on election day so I had to vote by mail. I just strolled down to ye ol' mailbox and sent my little ballot off in the safe arms of "Joe the mailman" (seriously, that's his name - the humor of this fact is not at all lost on me).

So there you have it, I voted and I feel like I've done my little part. fingers-crossed.
