It is true, I am not known for wearing animal prints on the whole but when I came across these shorts
on super sale (at J.crew, of all places) something about them just worked for me.

I hope you had an enjoyable Easter/Passover weekend!  We have some of the Brit's family in town visiting and we spent most of the weekend showing them around Los Angeles (this included a trip to Disneyland which is never a bad thing in my mind).  As a result my weekend flew by at an extreme pace and, to top it all off, something has gone wrong with my DSLR so I had to rely on my phone to document it all!  Luckily, before that happened I was able to snap these photos of a new-to-me vintage dress that I bought a while back.  It's also been perfect straw hat weather lately which is always a lot of fun.
